Delivery Policy

What you receive
A membership account with access to Design Patternly online pattern library — over a thousand crochet and quilting patterns, each supplied as a downloadable PDF, plus the beginner starter handbook and the video stitch guides published alongside them. New designs are added throughout the month and appear in your account automatically while your membership is active.
No physical goods are sold or shipped. We do not send yarn, fabric, hooks, kits, printed booklets, or finished items. Nothing arrives by post.
When you receive it
Immediately. As soon as your payment is authorised, your account is created and the full library is unlocked — there is no approval step, no queue, and no drip-feed. A confirmation email with your receipt and login details is sent to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
How you receive it
Online, through your browser. Sign in at designpatternly.com and download any pattern you like as a PDF. You can open the files on a phone, tablet, or computer, and print them on standard US Letter or A4 paper. There is no app to install and no special software beyond a PDF reader.
If you do not get access
Check your spam or promotions folder first — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it still has not arrived, or if you cannot sign in, email support@designpatternly.com from the address you used at checkout, or call +1 (414) 401-7032 during business hours. We will restore access the same working day wherever possible.
If a fault on our side genuinely prevented you from accessing what you paid for and we cannot put it right, we refund the affected period. See our Refund Policy.
Files you download are yours
Once a PDF is saved to your device it stays there. We do not expire, lock, or remotely disable downloaded files, and cancelling your membership does not remove them. What ends at cancellation is access to the online library and to patterns you had not yet downloaded. Use of those files remains subject to the licence in our Terms of Service.
Where we deliver
Everywhere. Because delivery is digital, the library is available in any country with an internet connection, at no extra cost and with no delivery delay. Prices are charged in US dollars; if your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own conversion fee, which is outside our control.
